# Connect Emails

### Steps to connect your Outlook with Tally

1. User Profile (bottom left) > Settings > Email &#x20;
2. Click connect with Microsoft (needs to be done by an IT Administrator)

3. IT Administrator login in to their account

4. Approve the Tally 365 app&#x20;

5. Once redirected back to Tally with “Active” Microsoft 365 integration, then click “+ Add”

6. Connect your groups, distribution lists, users, and shared mailboxes

7. Add a users you want Tally to read from&#x20;

8. Add a shared mailbox (such as Shared Ops, Billing, or Customers specific shared inboxes)&#x20;

9. Add a Group/ Distribution Lists (such as Ops, Billing, or Customers specific Distribution lists)&#x20;

10. Finished! Tally will list the connected Groups, Shared inboxes and Distribution lists&#x20;
